u are in the wrong country u want to go to turkey or somewhere like that. ive not heard of anything like this available in dubai, at least not publicly. it is not allowed there for women to massage men and vice versa and homosexuality is equally against the law so the chances of u obtaining a "sensuous" massage are probably non existent.
